Eligibility for Returns

  • Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact. We do accept items that have been worn, altered, or damaged.

  • Return Window: You may return items within 7 days of receiving your order. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, including:

    • Sale items marked as “Final Sale”

    • Gift cards

    • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Return Shipping Fees: If you need to return an item, please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

2. Return Authorization: Once we have reviewed your request, we will provide a return authorization number and                     instructions to you via email.

Refunds

  • Refund Processing: Once we receive back your item, we will ensure it meets the above conditions. A refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.

Damaged in Transit or Defective Items

 

We take great care in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards and are packaged to arrive to you in great condition. However, if you received a item that was damaged in transit , please contact us immediately at info@sparkytees.com.

  • Reporting Damages: Report any damaged or defective items within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include photos of the damage and packaging as well as your order number so we can reach out to the carrier. 

  • Resolution: We will let you know if return of the item is necessary and will provide options to resolve.
